Join us for our Sacred Harvest Breathwork Class

We will be using our Breath and focusing on the energy as we enter into fall and the Sacred Harvest

Through an active breath we will journey into the depths of our spirit and into the unknown. We will work to create space for new things to enter into our lives by cleansing our internal environment of any emotional debris. Breathwork is a great way to gain clarity, connect to your intuition and to new dreams. It shifts stuck energy around the chakras and works to open the heart so one can better connect to love and joy.
