Breathwork
Discover the Power Within: Unleash Your Breath
Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice that harnesses the breath as a tool for healing and self-discovery.
Our breathwork is an integrative practice that combines conscious breathing techniques with a focus on awareness and healing. This approach recognizes the impact or thoughts have on the body, mind, and spirit, and aims to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to process and release stored emotions. Through intentional, rhythmic breathing, breathwork allows participants to access deep states of relaxation, release tension, and create space for healing. It encourages individuals to connect with their breath as a source of grounding, self-regulation, and empowerment. The facilitator (me) prioritize creating a sense of safety, consent, and choice, allowing individuals to navigate their healing process at their own pace. This practice can potentially lead to profound transformation, increased self-awareness, and a sense of inner peace…… ummm who wouldn’t want that??
Kundalini Yoga
Boost your vitality and enhance your spiritual growth with Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini is the yoga of awareness a practice that brings together physical movements, breathing exercises, meditation, and chanting to unlock your inner spiritual energy. This helps you become more aware of yourself, think more clearly, and feel better overall.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini is the yoga of awareness. Kundalini is more of a spiritual practice. It is meant to quiet your mind while, at the same time, opening your chakras so your energy can freely flow throughout your body.
A typical Kundalini yoga class is comprised of three parts: an opening chant (known as “tuning in”) followed by a brief warm-up to get your energy flowing and, a kriya set(which is a sequence of postures paired with breathing techniques), and a closing meditation or song.
Every meditation and kriya has a specific breath and posture to help generate or release specific energy or body part. to activate higher states of consciousness.
Kundalini helps you experience how amazing your body actually is. When you learn the simple fundamentals of the practice it gives you the amazing power of feeling safe and comfortable in your own body.
In Sanskrit kundalini means “coiled snake.” In early Eastern religion, it was believed that divine energy was created at the base of the spine. It’s energy we are born with, and Kundalini works to “uncoil the snake” and connect us to this divine energy within.

Happy Clients
“Tawnya is hands down the hidden gem of Snohomish! Actually of the county…I travel a ways to see her. At 43 my skin started to get “crepe” and the wrinkles were on the move across my face - Tawnya has turned my skin around and the wrinkles have diminished. My makeup no longer settles in my wrinkle creases. Going just once every 4 weeks has definitely made a difference in my skin. Do yourself a favor… treat yourself to the most relaxing and beneficial facial you will ever experience.”

“Tawnya is fabulous! Going for a facial is so much more than a facial. She will educate you as she uses different applications, plus you get a wonderful massage for feet and hands!”

“My sweet sister booked my appointment and I was not prepared for your awesome service!! Stressed and coming in I thought it would be the same as what I had received before. You blew me away with your touch, products, and wonderful settings. I have never had any service as exceptional as [Tawnya’s]!! I may live over 2 hours away but I will be back! Very grateful to you.”
